You are the creator of the submitted artwork or hold the necessary rights and permissions to share and grant usage rights for it. Edge is not responsible for verifying the ownership or originality of submitted materials. Any disputes arising from submitted work are the sole responsibility of the participant.
You grant Edge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, and publish your submitted artwork for purposes related to the Show me your (he)art competition. This includes, but is not limited to, use on Edge's social media channels, website, newsletters, and internal/external communications, as well as promotional materials for current or future competitions.
While Edge will endeavour to credit you where feasible, you acknowledge that artwork may be featured without explicit credit in some promotional or editorial contexts. By participating, you agree to these terms.
You retain ownership of your artwork. However, Edge reserves the right to retain a copy of the submission for promotional purposes beyond the competition timeline unless you request otherwise. To opt out of future promotional use, you may contact us at press@edge.tech.

Edge collects the following data through the portfolio submission form:
To assess and process your submission for the Show me your (he)art competition.
To contact you regarding competition updates, announcements, or additional opportunities to collaborate.
To share and promote your submitted artwork as part of Edge's internal and external communications.
Your artwork may be edited, reproduced, and shared on Edge's:
Your artwork may also be used in promotional materials for future competitions and initiatives.
You may request amendments to your submitted information, deletion of personal data, or withdrawal of your artwork from future promotional use by contacting press@edge.tech.
Note: if your request conflicts with ongoing promotional campaigns, Edge may require additional time to comply.
Personal information will be deleted following the conclusion of the Show me your (he)art competition unless retention is required for legal purposes.
Submitted artwork may be retained by Edge for promotional purposes beyond the competition. If you wish to withdraw your artwork from future promotional use, please notify us via email.
